The AG-AC30 is a handheld camcorder with superb low-light characteristics and many professional features and tools, enabling the user to capture beautiful zoom shots and large groups thanks to its wide focal range (zoom 20x and 29.5 mm wide angle).
Its LED video light with 2 light filters included allows reliable shooting even in night-time scenes and dark places as the color conversion filter adapts color temperature whereas the diffusion filter softens the light source. The outstanding low-light characteristics of the camcorder is a result of the built-in, newly-designed 1/3.1-type BSI sensor which achieves a high image quality of 6.03M effective pixels. This enables bright, beautiful shots even in dark places.
Besides the Focus Assist Functions (Expand, Peaking, Area Mode Function) and the sophisticated Professional Assist Functions the camcorder has many more features to offer:

The powerful 20x super-high-resolution zoom can be utilized for shooting scenes that you cannot get close to. Intelligent Resolution technology allows for shooting at high zoom rates while preserving the image resolution. The 29.5mm wide-angle (35mm equivalent) fits more people and more of the background into the frame which is especially handy when wanting to take a group photo in a small room.
To correct horizontal tilt and hand-shake blur the HYBRID O.I.S. + uses five-axis correction to thoroughly suppress blurring all the way from wide-angle to powerful zoom shots. It also achieves great effects when shooting while walking or in other motion. The included Level Shot function automatically detects and corrects the tilting of captured images.
The 3 manual rings of the camcorder (Focus, Zoom and Iris) add flexibility, provide control and adjust the light to get beautiful pictures regardless of the surrounding brightness.
The 2-Channel XLR Audio Input Terminals of the camcorder enable the use of professional-spec, high-performance microphones for recording high-quality sound. For more convenience, one input is positioned at the front of the camera and the other one at the back.
The double SD card slots enable concurrent recording onto two cards which provides an extra assurance in recording important events and for safeguarding against recording media crashes.
The 1,555K-dot-equivalent color viewfinder can be tilted for added convenience. The versatile 3-type Slide-Retractable LCD of the camcorder has touch operation and serves as a high-definition, 460K-dot monitor and menu-setting touch panel. When not in use, it slides into the handle front for extra mobility and safety. It also rotates 270 degrees vertically for easy high-angle, low-angle and self-interview shooting.
If you order before 4pm, we can deliver your product the next day, subject to stock availability. You can choose a pre-10am, pre-noon or non-timed delivery (in which case we’ll deliver between 9am and 6pm). If you order after 4pm on Friday or on a weekend, we’ll process your order on Monday, and orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Our team take every care to get your new kit to you in pristine condition, but if an item is faulty, you’re less than delighted with it, or you’ve just had a change of plan, you have a few options…
We’re happy to swap or refund any item that is confirmed as faulty (or ‘Dead on Arrival’) within 14 days of purchase, and will cover the cost of you returning it and a replacement being shipped out. Sometimes, we’ll put you in touch with a manufacturer if we think that’s the fastest way to get you a replacement, and we’ll cover the transport costs then, too.
After the 14 day DOA period, we’ll try and get you a return or repair in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. The collection and delivery charges will be covered by Jigsaw24 and the cost of the repair will be covered under the warranty, unless an inspection shows signs of damage or misuse. Again, in some instances we may offer to put you in touch with the manufacturer, but only when this is the quickest route to getting you a repair. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you wish to return non-faulty goods, please contact support@jigsaw24.com or call 03332 400 999. Wherever possible we will try to facilitate a return/refund but any request for return is at our discretion and where applicable, restocking fees may be required to reimburse any losses.
You can cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your kit, and another 14 to return it to us once the order is cancelled. Any requests for refund or credit made outside the 14 day window are at our discretion. We’ll exchange or refund any goods returned to us in full working order, but if an item isn’t faulty, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning it to us. The item(s) returned must be as new and in the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning any software, even if it’s sealed in its original box, is at our discretion and will depend entirely on the individual manufacturer's policy. For example, some software will automatically allocate you a non-returnable licence, even if it is a boxed product. However, if the product is still a current part of our on-hand stock, and we’re able to confirm from the relevant manufacturer or supplier that they’re happy that licence hasn’t been allocated, we will try to take back any sealed software returned within seven days of purchase.
ESD (Electronic Software Delivery), in which you’re supplied with a licence and a web link in order to download your purchase. As there’s no physical packaging, the licence has to be treated in the same way as an unsealed box, which means we’re unable to take this back, so please double check you’re buying the right item! Products that have contact with the ear, nose or throat can only be returned for a full refund if sent back with seals unbroken and in an unused condition (you must exercise reasonable care when evaluating the product as you would in a shop).
We understand that customers may be dissatisfied with the performance of products that raise hygiene concerns after they have tried them out. If this is the case please contact us and we may be able to offer credit for another purchase (subject to inspection of the returned product) or to purchase the product back as second hand (taking into account that we would need to dispose of the item).
We’ll deliver your goods during normal business hours (7:30am-6:00pm) to the address you gave us when you placed your order. Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing, the delivery times given by us are a best estimate, and we can’t be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage you may incur as a result of adverse circumstances like bad weather, traffic etc.
Any instances where you might be unable to pay your debts (winding-up, receivership, administration, creditor arrangement, bankruptcy) or you commit a material breach of the contract, we may immediately terminate our contract with you, suspend or cancel further delivery, and/or recover any unpaid items.
