This course will help end users get the most out of their Apple devices. Get everyone familiar with the latest features in iOS and macOS, as well as teaching users to sync devices, set up iCloud, and work on iWork and Office documents all on their Apple devices.
Training takes place from 12-2pm at our Nottingham or Soho office (we’ll throw in lunch), and if you have more than five attendees, we can hold the session at your place. User experience courses are £99 per person at our offices (minimum booking of three people) including food and drink, or £85 per person at yours.

You’ll identify and explore features of your iPad, and learn how to use built-in apps for business and personalise settings to suit your work. This course is designed for helpdesk teams, technical co-ordinators, service techs, ICT techs and anyone with a semantically similar job title deploying iOS for the first time. If you’re familiar with PC-based systems, we’ll help you master the key functionality of iOS and understand Apple-speak where it differs from what you’re familiar with. Training includes demos of Apple hardware and software, plus a deep dive into supporting iOS devices delivered by one of our senior systems engineers.
This is an all-day session at our place in Nottingham or Soho (where we’ll provide lunch), or at your place, and costs £350 per person (minimum booking three people for a full day).
If your business is deploying macOS for the first time and you’re responsiblem, this course is for you. It’s designed to help technicians who are familiar with Windows systems to master the key functionality of macOS and understand Apple’s technical terminology where it differs from Windows standards. The training will include demos of Apple hardware and software, plus a deep dive look at supporting macOS devices delivered by a senior systems engineer from Jigsaw24.
This is an all-day session at our place in Nottingham or Soho (where we’ll provide lunch), or at your place (in which case you’ll need to bring sandwiches), and costs £350 per person (minimum booking three people for a full day).
