With our server management services, we’ll test any new updates as soon as they are released and ensure that critical security updates are deployed straight away to mitigate any impact to your service.
We’ll evaluate server patches as they’re released by vendors, and classify them depending on how critical they are to your systems and processes. Critical updates are assessed, tested immediately and, if approved via change control, scheduled for implementation at a time to suit you. Non-critical updates are evaluated on a monthly basis, and we’ll propose installation dates detailing our recommended updates.

Once a month, we’ll evaluate and test updates. Then, based on our expertise we’ll make recommendations of which patches to deploy in order to keep your server estate secure. For updates that are evaluated and classified as critical and testing has been completed, we’ll submit a change request for the update to be deployed to your server.
Tested and approved non-critical updates are deployed at a time that suits you, usually outside of business hours to avoid downtime. Updates are deployed, monitored and reported against using our remote monitoring and management tool. We’ll proactively monitor alerts and events on your server and resolve any issues to minimise downtime for your business.
