Looking for a lightweight, highly-protective compact case for the Blackmagic Design URSA Mini? Then the CTC-URSAMINI Traveler-Style Camera Case is the perfect case for you!

The CTC-URSAMINI fits the Blackmagic URSA Mini camera, with or without shoulder pad, lens and viewfinder. The case has a specially designed padded EVF compartment for protecting the delicate viewfinder, which allows you to spend less time and energy breaking down your URSA Mini compact camera rig.

The Traveler is constructed using abrasion-resistant ultra-durable Cordura. Nylon (1000-denier) for long-life reliability in harsh field conditions. Portabrace Cordura material is also woven with an extra layer of water-resistant treatment and is cold-crack tested at -40.F for 4 hours. The case also has one-inch thick foam padding, reinforced by hollow-core plastic on the bottom and sides that combine to provide maximum protection in a lightweight format. A layer of non-slip, water-proof material has been added to the exterior bottom panel of the case to provide even greater protection against water and dirt when the case is placed on the ground. This waterproof layer can easily be wiped clean. The Traveler Case is sewn using triple bonded nylon threads and our all thread-ends are flamed to extend the life of the case and strengthen seems. Back-tacking stitch methodology is used to create superior strength along seams and at the connection points of the carry handles and solid-steel strap rings.

During transport, the padded side walls fit snugly against the camera. A camera cinch is included, which straps around the camera and pulls tight for added stability. A padded foam support block (CC-STUFFER) is also included, which sticks to the bottom of the case using Velcro. to support the lens and provide an extra level of protection against bumps when you're on the move. There's a removable padded Lens Cup perfect for protecting a spare lens. The Lens Cup has Velcro. to stick to the interior of the case, or it can be pulled out and worn on your belt using the belt-strap feature. A soft, padded CS-B9 accessory pouch is perfect for providing extra protection and organization to small accessories inside the case.

The case is designed with a single, extra durable YKK. zipper that opens the case up wide to make accessing the camera quick. There's a "zipper hood" made using Cordura. material that runs the length of the zipper in order to extend the life of the zipper and prevent water from rain or splashing to get inside the case. A padded genuine-suede shoulder strap is included for superior carry comfort and durability.

There is a single 6-inch x 3-inch x 5 inch exterior pocket ideal for carrying additional small accessories. This pocket has a press-pass / ID window for conveniently displaying your credentials. An additional, longer exterior pocket (12-inch x 3-inch x 4-inch) is ideal for a shotgun mic or grip-control and arm.

Returns

Our team take every care to get your new kit to you in pristine condition, but if an item is faulty, you’re less than delighted with it, or you’ve just had a change of plan, you have a few options…

Faulty goods

We’re happy to swap or refund any item that is confirmed as faulty (or ‘Dead on Arrival’) within 14 days of purchase, and will cover the cost of you returning it and a replacement being shipped out. Sometimes, we’ll put you in touch with a manufacturer if we think that’s the fastest way to get you a replacement, and we’ll cover the transport costs then, too. 

After the 14 day DOA period, we’ll try and get you a return or repair in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. The collection and delivery charges will be covered by Jigsaw24 and the cost of the repair will be covered under the warranty, unless an inspection shows signs of damage or misuse. Again, in some instances we may offer to put you in touch with the manufacturer, but only when this is the quickest route to getting you a repair. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Non-faulty goods (Business)

If you wish to return non-faulty goods, please contact support@jigsaw24.com or call 03332 400 999. Wherever possible we will try to facilitate a return/refund but any request for return is at our discretion and where applicable, restocking fees may be required to reimburse any losses.

Non-faulty goods (Consumer)

You can cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your kit, and another 14 to return it to us once the order is cancelled. Any requests for refund or credit made outside the 14 day window are at our discretion. We’ll exchange or refund any goods returned to us in full working order, but if an item isn’t faulty, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning it to us. The item(s) returned must be as new and in the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Sealed software

Returning any software, even if it’s sealed in its original box, is at our discretion and will depend entirely on the individual manufacturer's policy. For example, some software will automatically allocate you a non-returnable licence, even if it is a boxed product. However, if the product is still a current part of our on-hand stock, and we’re able to confirm from the relevant manufacturer or supplier that they’re happy that licence hasn’t been allocated, we will try to take back any sealed software returned within seven days of purchase.

Electronic Software Delivery returns

ESD (Electronic Software Delivery), in which you’re supplied with a licence and a web link in order to download your purchase. As there’s no physical packaging, the licence has to be treated in the same way as an unsealed box, which means we’re unable to take this back, so please double check you’re buying the right item! Returning products that raise hygiene concerns 

Products that have contact with the ear, nose or throat can only be returned for a full refund if sent back with seals unbroken and in an unused condition (you must exercise reasonable care when evaluating the product as you would in a shop).

We understand that customers may be dissatisfied with the performance of products that raise hygiene concerns after they have tried them out.  If this is the case please contact us and we may be able to offer credit for another purchase (subject to inspection of the returned product) or to purchase the product back as second hand (taking into account that we would need to dispose of the item).

Terms and conditions

We’ll deliver your goods during normal business hours (7:30am-6:00pm) to the address you gave us when you placed your order. Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing, the delivery times given by us are a best estimate, and we can’t be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage you may incur as a result of adverse circumstances like bad weather, traffic etc.

Any instances where you might be unable to pay your debts (winding-up, receivership, administration, creditor arrangement, bankruptcy) or you commit a material breach of the contract, we may immediately terminate our contract with you, suspend or cancel further delivery, and/or recover any unpaid items.
