The HFMP Hands-Free Monopod is a professional video monopod that is specially designed for free-stand operations. It consists of the HFMP monopod, dual base design video head with dual pan handle rosettes, and a carrying case. Designed with an exceptional mini tripod structure with increased stability that allows the monopod to stand on its own with a wide range of 4K UHD/HD/DV camcorders and DSLR cameras, allowing you to multi-task and make equipment adjustments in between shots, without the need to lay the monopod on the floor or lean it against the wall. A helpful "Click" sound is present when switching between modes, conveniently indicating when the monopod is released or locked into the vertical position.

Pan Tilt Head with Dual Head Design (Included with HFMP KIT): Unlike other photo/video heads included with monopod kits, this video head has tilt and pan functions, and has a dual head structure (flat base/65mm bowl), making this multi-functional head compatible with 65mm bowl/flat base tripods, monopods, sliders, skater dollies, and other equipment with 3/8 inch screws. The video head supports payloads of up to 9lbs/4kg and features a built-in counterbalance for better camera balance. The head has two pan handle rosettes on each side, allowing you to place an additional pan handle for increased control, or attaching an AS-7K articulating support arm to mount other video equipment such as a monitor, resulting in higher-quality shots. The head is equipped with a bubble level and has a tilt angle of +90. / -80., and is amazingly lightweight at 1kg/2.2lb including the pan handle.
Industry standard Snap On/Off sliding plate (Included with HFMP KIT): This one touch on/off sliding plate is compatible with Manfrotto and Sachtler heads, enabling quick onsite camera swaps without the need to change or remove sliding plates. Easily adjust your equipment's center of gravity to achieve a perfect counterbalance. The plate slides +/-30mm / 1.2. front to rear and includes a 1/4" screw with video pin for swift camera plate adjustments.
NOTE: Although the HFMP KIT is designed to stand on its own base, we strongly recommend that you do not leave the monopod unattended at any time.

You can choose a pre-10am, pre-noon or non-timed delivery (in which case we’ll deliver between 9am and 6pm). If you order after 4pm on Friday or on a weekend, we’ll process your order on Monday, and orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Our team take every care to get your new kit to you in pristine condition, but if an item is faulty, you’re less than delighted with it, or you’ve just had a change of plan, you have a few options…
We’re happy to swap or refund any item that is confirmed as faulty (or ‘Dead on Arrival’) within 14 days of purchase, and will cover the cost of you returning it and a replacement being shipped out. Sometimes, we’ll put you in touch with a manufacturer if we think that’s the fastest way to get you a replacement, and we’ll cover the transport costs then, too.
After the 14 day DOA period, we’ll try and get you a return or repair in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. The collection and delivery charges will be covered by Jigsaw24 and the cost of the repair will be covered under the warranty, unless an inspection shows signs of damage or misuse. Again, in some instances we may offer to put you in touch with the manufacturer, but only when this is the quickest route to getting you a repair. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you wish to return non-faulty goods, please contact support@jigsaw24.com or call 03332 400 999. Wherever possible we will try to facilitate a return/refund but any request for return is at our discretion and where applicable, restocking fees may be required to reimburse any losses.
You can cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your kit, and another 14 to return it to us once the order is cancelled. Any requests for refund or credit made outside the 14 day window are at our discretion. We’ll exchange or refund any goods returned to us in full working order, but if an item isn’t faulty, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning it to us. The item(s) returned must be as new and in the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Returning any software, even if it’s sealed in its original box, is at our discretion and will depend entirely on the individual manufacturer's policy. For example, some software will automatically allocate you a non-returnable licence, even if it is a boxed product. However, if the product is still a current part of our on-hand stock, and we’re able to confirm from the relevant manufacturer or supplier that they’re happy that licence hasn’t been allocated, we will try to take back any sealed software returned within seven days of purchase.
ESD (Electronic Software Delivery), in which you’re supplied with a licence and a web link in order to download your purchase. As there’s no physical packaging, the licence has to be treated in the same way as an unsealed box, which means we’re unable to take this back, so please double check you’re buying the right item! Products that have contact with the ear, nose or throat can only be returned for a full refund if sent back with seals unbroken and in an unused condition (you must exercise reasonable care when evaluating the product as you would in a shop).
We understand that customers may be dissatisfied with the performance of products that raise hygiene concerns after they have tried them out. If this is the case please contact us and we may be able to offer credit for another purchase (subject to inspection of the returned product) or to purchase the product back as second hand (taking into account that we would need to dispose of the item).
We’ll deliver your goods during normal business hours (7:30am-6:00pm) to the address you gave us when you placed your order. Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing, the delivery times given by us are a best estimate, and we can’t be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage you may incur as a result of adverse circumstances like bad weather, traffic etc.
Any instances where you might be unable to pay your debts (winding-up, receivership, administration, creditor arrangement, bankruptcy) or you commit a material breach of the contract, we may immediately terminate our contract with you, suspend or cancel further delivery, and/or recover any unpaid items.
