The EIZO ColorEdge CG248-4K provides all the accuracy and advanced features you'd expect from the CG series along with stunning 3840 x 2160 resolution, 93% DCI-P3 coverage and 1000:1 contrast ratio. With it's high resolution and predictable colour the CG248-4K is the ideal choice for professional photography and retouching, as well as 2D and 3D CGI, VFX, compositing and colour grading. This self-calibrating display also comes with EIZO's industry-leading 5-year warranty, bundled shading hood and ColorNavigator calibration software included.

The CG248-4K's 23.8" screen features the highest pixel density yet in the ColorEdge lineup at 185 ppi (pixels per inch), making high-resolution image display smoother than ever. This allows professionals to display the high level of detail captured in 4K photographs with exceptional clarity. Accessible using the monitor's front keys, a 4K zoom function enlarges specific areas of the screen enabling photographers to quickly check details and focus accuracy in images. The CG248-4K faithfully reproduces 99% of Adobe RGB, as well as 100% of the Rec. 709, EBU, and SMPTE-C standards and 77% of Rec. 2020 and 93% of the DCI used in post production.

To ensure brightness and colour uniformity the CG248-4K comes with EIZO's patented DUE (digital uniformity equalizer) technology. This ensures a Delta-E difference of 3 or less across the screen. It also comes with a 3D LUT (look-up table) that adjusts colour individually on an RGB cubic table for smooth tonal grades and transitions. Using the DisplayPort input, the monitor can offer 10-bit simultaneous color display from a 16-bit look-up table - this means it can show more than one billion colors simultaneously. The CG248-4K also supports hardware calibration; adjustments are made directly in the display, rather than the graphics card, for high precision and good gradation characteristics. All this means you can trust what you see on screen to match your final output, cutting out on revisions and mismatches that cost both time and money.

The CG248-4K has a built in Calibration Sensor which allows you to automate your calibration either by using the OSD menu or the bundled ColorNavigator software - your computer doesn't even need to be turned for the monitor to Self-Calibrate. This eliminates the need for a third party calibration device, but the monitor can also be correlated to the measurements of an external calibration sensor if required.

The CG248-4K includes DisplayPort and HDMI inputs so you can use the display across Macs and PCs. UHD 4K resolution is supported at 60 Hz by both DisplayPort 1.2 inputs and at 30 Hz by both HDMI inputs. There's even an integrated USB hub to attach your USB peripherals and for easy access to devices. The CG248-4K also has a stand with tilt, swivel, height adjust and portrait mode so you can configure your ergonomics exactly how you want them for a comfortable workstation. The included shading hood works in both landscape and portrait modes to keep unwanted light and reflections off the screen.

Our team take every care to get your new kit to you in pristine condition, but if an item is faulty, you’re less than delighted with it, or you’ve just had a change of plan, you have a few options…

Faulty goods

We’re happy to swap or refund any item that is confirmed as faulty (or ‘Dead on Arrival’) within 14 days of purchase, and will cover the cost of you returning it and a replacement being shipped out. Sometimes, we’ll put you in touch with a manufacturer if we think that’s the fastest way to get you a replacement, and we’ll cover the transport costs then, too. 

After the 14 day DOA period, we’ll try and get you a return or repair in line with the manufacturer’s warranty. The collection and delivery charges will be covered by Jigsaw24 and the cost of the repair will be covered under the warranty, unless an inspection shows signs of damage or misuse. Again, in some instances we may offer to put you in touch with the manufacturer, but only when this is the quickest route to getting you a repair. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Non-faulty goods (Business)

If you wish to return non-faulty goods, please contact or call 03332 400 999. Wherever possible we will try to facilitate a return/refund but any request for return is at our discretion and where applicable, restocking fees may be required to reimburse any losses.

Non-faulty goods (Consumer)

You can cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your kit, and another 14 to return it to us once the order is cancelled. Any requests for refund or credit made outside the 14 day window are at our discretion. We’ll exchange or refund any goods returned to us in full working order, but if an item isn’t faulty, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning it to us. The item(s) returned must be as new and in the original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Sealed software

Returning any software, even if it’s sealed in its original box, is at our discretion and will depend entirely on the individual manufacturer's policy. For example, some software will automatically allocate you a non-returnable licence, even if it is a boxed product. However, if the product is still a current part of our on-hand stock, and we’re able to confirm from the relevant manufacturer or supplier that they’re happy that licence hasn’t been allocated, we will try to take back any sealed software returned within seven days of purchase.

Electronic Software Delivery returns

ESD (Electronic Software Delivery), in which you’re supplied with a licence and a web link in order to download your purchase. As there’s no physical packaging, the licence has to be treated in the same way as an unsealed box, which means we’re unable to take this back, so please double check you’re buying the right item! Returning products that raise hygiene concerns 

Products that have contact with the ear, nose or throat can only be returned for a full refund if sent back with seals unbroken and in an unused condition (you must exercise reasonable care when evaluating the product as you would in a shop).

We understand that customers may be dissatisfied with the performance of products that raise hygiene concerns after they have tried them out.  If this is the case please contact us and we may be able to offer credit for another purchase (subject to inspection of the returned product) or to purchase the product back as second hand (taking into account that we would need to dispose of the item).

Terms and conditions

We’ll deliver your goods during normal business hours (7:30am-6:00pm) to the address you gave us when you placed your order. Unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing, the delivery times given by us are a best estimate, and we can’t be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage you may incur as a result of adverse circumstances like bad weather, traffic etc.

Any instances where you might be unable to pay your debts (winding-up, receivership, administration, creditor arrangement, bankruptcy) or you commit a material breach of the contract, we may immediately terminate our contract with you, suspend or cancel further delivery, and/or recover any unpaid items.
