Apples Device Enrolment Programme (DEP) is a zero touch service from Apple that makes deployment and management of your devices easy. It allows you to send your preferred settings straight to Apple, who will then install them on the devices as soon as new users switch on.
This takes you through the iOS device rollout user experience using our dedicated CAT24 app. You will be able to role play through the process of receiving a new iPhone or iPad and handing in a legacy device. You’ll run through the whole process, including the repurposing of the device mid-life to a new user profile.
A hands-on workshop that takes your enterprise team through our Apple Adoption Methodology, recording the technical parameters that need to be implemented to meet your organisation’s policies and requirements. The output will generate a comprehensive blueprint for adopting and successfully deploying Apple.
Our facilities include two executive boardrooms, a large events space, three demo suites and three additional meeting rooms, as well as our Apple authorised repair area staffed by Apple Certified Mac Technicians, and a well-stocked warehouse so we can quickly provide emergency kit.
Our service and customer experience centre is in historic Golden Square, slap-bang in the centre of Soho, and just a short walk from Regent Street.
