These services are designed to ensure you experience minimal downtime and rapid incident resolution, whether you need day to day IT support (SDS24 and HMM24), help managing your devices (DMS24) or just want someone to keep an eye on the cornerstones of your infrastructure (SMM24). Service Desk Support

Made up of Apple Certified Support Professionals (ACSPs), our service desk support provides your creative team with support via phone, email or remote access. We'll ensure you receive a resolution to day-to-day incidents and requests around the macOS and iOS platforms, first party applications and servers, so your team can get on with creating without being hampered by IT issues.

By leaving the legwork to us, your own IT team is free to deal with the larger issues, like keeping your business at the cutting edge of creativity. Our ITIL-accredited service management team will ensure all high priority incidents are dealt with quickly and effectively, and post-incident reviews are carried out. Trend analysis will aim to identify reoccurring incidents and root causes to find underlying issues, resolve them and prevent reoccurrence.

A first, second and third line service desk that provides you with a single point of contact for incidents and service requests.

ACSPs who are all geared up for dealing with issues around installations, troubleshooting and software queries.

ITIL best practice incident management to restore service in the event of downtime and disruption, and cover for known errors.

Problem management services to carry out root cause investigations, identify underlying issues and prevent re-occurence of incidents.

Device Management Services

Having a clear plan in place for managing company-owned devices is crucial for getting the most out of your creative technology. Our device management service for Mac and iOS provides administration and configuration for Apple devices within your organisation, freeing you up to deal with more important things than chasing employees to update their iPads.

As a complete end to end service, it covers everything from the initial order throughout the devices’ entire lifecycle, giving you both security and cost benefits. Customisation options available to tailor the service to your exact needs, giving you the best possible user experience.

We've been diagnosing and repairing Apple equipment for creative businesses for over 25 years. We hold the highest possible accreditations, complemented by the most competitive service levels available in the industry. And thanks to our heritage in the creative industries, chances are we've already seen (and solved) any issue you might come up against. 

We know that more and more creative businesses are moving out of London, so we provide nationwide coverage, with repairs being carried out by our accredited team at one of our Apple Premium Service Provider repair centres. Our technicians are qualified to the highest standards, and the devices that we repair remain covered by Apple’s warranty once completed.

Server Monitoring and Management

With our server management services, we’ll test any new updates as soon as they are released and ensure that critical security updates are deployed straight away, so your team is never behind on the latest updates to their essential creative tools.

We’ll evaluate server patches as they’re released by vendors, and classify them depending on how critical they are to your systems and processes. Critical updates are assessed, tested immediately and, if approved via change control, scheduled for implementation at a time to suit you. Non-critical updates are evaluated on a monthly basis, and we’ll propose installation dates detailing our recommended updates.

Device Retirement and Recycling

Our device retirement and recycling service takes care of your old and unwanted user devices, with collection, physical checks and data removal carried out prior to disposal and recycling.

DRR24 has been designed to make removal and disposal of devices as smooth as possible, so you and your team see minimal downtime and can get back to creating. During the process, we’ll ensure all devices are checked for operating errors or physical damage, remove applications and end user data, and facilitate sell-on of retired machines.
