How Apple Mac and iOS support
synched-up mobile and multisite working.
After four years of rapid growth, NorthEdge Capital expanded to two new sites – one in Manchester and one in Leeds. What did they need?
When they moved to two new offices, NorthEdge needed a way to keep the two teams in sync, and ensure that everyone could connect to key services easily, whether they were in Manchester, Leeds or halfway along the M62.
How did Jigsaw24 help?
We provided NorthEdge with a new WiFi network, a VPN solution to link the two offices and Mac and iOS kit so that employees would be able to sync their mobile and desktop devices. After a proof of concept trial, we designed and installed the full system.
What were the benefits?
Employees can now access key files and programs from anywhere. They can log in to company systems seamlessly and securely, no matter which office they’re working from. They’re fully trained up on the Apple platform for maximum productivity.
“We see Jigsaw24 as our IT strategy director. They’re very responsive to our needs in terms of designing a system that works for us.”
Dan Wright, COO, NorthEdge Capital.
