Tier 3 – Support Service

Begin by deciding what type and quantity of devices you need. The basic user option is a lightweight, portable MacBook Air notebook that’s perfect for your employees’ everyday tasks. Pick the executive user option for a high-performance MacBook Pro that can handle more intensive tasks and look even more beautiful while doing it. Then, it’s time to choose from our range of service packages.

Our Tier 3 package includes macOS support and remote troubleshooting for day to day issues such as macOS issues, server access, WiFi connectivity, email and printer integration and agreed third-party apps.

It also includes hardware maintenance from our Apple Certified Support Professionals, working with parts sourced directly from Apple.

Tier 2 – Managed Service

Ideal for customers who already have Jamf licensing but want to make their mobile device management (MDM) more efficient, this package will see our experts use best practice to help you free up your IT teams for other tasks.

It also includes estate management, plus all the support and maintenance from Tier 3.

Tier 1 – Premium Managed Service

Our Tier 1 package introduces Jamf to your organisation, or provides a managed transition if we are replacing an existing MDM system.
