We work with trusted finance partners to provide Apple devices that are popular with businesses and users alike, and our in-house services and support are delivered by Apple specialists with decades of real-world business experience.

Which will you choose?

Managed Service

Our most comprehensive option, Managed Service includes hardware provision, device management, a macOS and iOS managed service, hardware maintenance, and a service desk. We take charge of the procurement, configuration, deployment, administration, maintenance and management of your Apple estate on our Jamf MSP platform, as well as giving you first, second and third-line support and hardware break-fix coverage.

Key features include:

  • ‘Out of the box’ setup, including pre-charging, asset tagging and branded documentation.
  • Management of device configuration and security settings.
  • Packaging and deployment of apps, including App Store applications.
  • A first, second and third line service desk that provides a single point of contact for incidents and service requests.
  • Apple-authorised repairs with a collection and return service.
  • Service delivery management to ensure you’re getting the best from your contract.

Support Service

Our Support Service is perfect if you want to manage your own devices but benefit from the expert Apple support of Jigsaw24’s service desk to keep productivity high and downtime to a minimum. This package includes macOS support; remote troubleshooting for day to day issues with things like macOS server access, WiFi connectivity, agreed third-party apps and email and printer integration; and hardware maintenance from our Apple Certified Support Professionals with parts sourced directly from Apple.

Key features include:

  • Our skilled service desk as a single point of contact for incidents and service requests.
  • Troubleshooting of issues on various software applications and hardware, network and storage systems.  
  • Desktop support with installation, launch and configuration.
  • Assessment, collection, diagnosis, repair and return of damaged devices.

Maintenance Service

If you have your own internal service desk and want to manage your own devices, our Maintenance Service gives you the peace of mind that comes with a break-fix support contract. This package can help you avoid unexpected repair costs, and includes hardware maintenance from our Apple Certified Support Professionals with parts sourced directly from Apple.

Key features include:

  • Assessment of damaged devices.
  • Apple-authorised repairs and genuine Apple parts.
  • Collection and return of equipment for repair.
