As part of the service, we’ll take over cumbersome tasks like configuration and set-up of devices, hardware repairs and handling service desk requests, freeing up your IT teams to take care of other projects. This opex-friendly purchasing model further frees up your customer's working capital and provides you with the peace of mind that comes with knowing we’re there to provide support if any issues arise.
The DaaS service includes app packaging and testing and zero touch deployment, meaning devices will be ready to use as soon as your client needs them. The package also includes Jamf Cloud MDM, which provides you with an industry-leading device management solution that can easily be scaled up or down to match the number of devices you choose with the service – in fact, you can vary the number of devices you want to supply and support by 10% over the course of a year for no extra cost.We also offer additional services such as cover for accidental damage, integration with existing systems, and identity management.
