Jigsaw24 operational status today: 8/7/2020
We are fully open for business except not able to welcome visitors.
All staff are working remotely or from the office and contactable as usual; our warehouse is fully operational for next day deliveries.

As a valued Jigsaw24 customer, we appreciate that you have come to rely on our ability to provide you with a reliable and high quality service. Throughout the Coronavirus crisis we have of course and will carry on ensuring service continuity and critical IT infrastructure for you, our customer, as well as the welfare of our colleagues at Jigsaw24:

  • · As a well-established business of 28 years with over 250 employees, Jigsaw24 is contracted to multiple Government, Education, Health and Public Sector procurement frameworks and contracts and we are also providing essential IT services to some of the largest UK businesses in the banking, transport, utilities and financial sectors for the provision of critical IT infrastructure.
  • · We are completely up to speed via Jigsaw24’s internal systems with all our colleagues, some of whom have now returned to the office. Fully invested in the latest technology infrastructure for remote working, all of our employees are working online, either at the office or from home while essential on-site operational functions, such as the warehouse, continue uninterrupted.
  • · We have excellent stock levels thanks to our key supply chain and logistics partners with whom we are in constant communication.
  • · We are actively working with our customers on their product and services needs and are here to help. Please liaise with your Account Manager if you have  any specific requirements.
  • · For the time being, we are unable to accept visitors to our offices but will keep you updated as this situation develops.
