Jigsaw24 operational status today: 31/03/2020
All staff working remotely; contactable as usual; warehouse fully operational. No visitors please. Thank you.

As a valued Jigsaw24 customer, we appreciate that you have come to rely on our ability to provide you with a reliable and high quality service. As the Coronavirus situation has developed, we will continue to ensure service continuity and critical IT infrastructure for you, our customer, as well as the welfare of our colleagues at Jigsaw24:

  • · As a well-established business of 28 years with over 250 employees, Jigsaw24 is contracted to multiple Government, Education, Health and Public Sector procurement frameworks and contracts and we are also providing essential IT services to some of the largest UK businesses in the banking, transport, utilities and financial sectors for the provision of critical IT infrastructure
  • · We have activated our business continuity plan and our Coronavirus co-ordination group. We are constantly communicating via Jigsaw24’s intranet with our colleagues on a range of practices in line with the latest Government advice. We are fully invested in the latest technology infrastructure for remote working and all of our employees are working from home now except those committed to essential on-site operational functions.
  • · We have been increasing our stock levels since January with our key supply chain and logistics partners with whom we are in constant communication.
  • · We are actively working with our customers where we have onsite services and are following their operating guidelines. Please liaise with your Account Manager if you have  any specific requirements.

In line with government guidelines regarding the Coronavirus situation, we are operating our systems and processes with minimal interruption to normal service levels and will continue to provide you, our customer, with a seamless service whilst most of our colleagues work remotely from home. As always Jigsaw24 remains totally committed to supporting you with an unparalleled level of service and we will continue to promptly provide you with regular updates as appropriate.
