While details of all our policies are available separately, below is a quick overview of our corporate social responsibility policies.
The Company is committed to maintaining an ethical approach to global human rights, labour standards, environmental protection and anti-corruption. Also to the wellbeing and conduct of our own employees.
The attitude of our suppliers, contractors and business partners towards these issues should inform our dealings with them.
If any of our employees suspect a supplier or business partner of not adhering to the Company’s policies, guidelines or ethics or, if any employee is offered any form of incentive or bribe, in line with the terms and conditions of employment this must be immediately reported to the Company’s management.

Our Sustainable Procurement Policy covers our processes for our entire supply chain including products for resale, internal operations like IT infrastructure and packaging, as well as logistics services. It also details our expectations for suppliers to have strong policies in place to address their environmental impact and social values.
Jigsaw24 is committed to sustainable environmental and employment policies, and we strive to offer innovative solutions that align with these considerations. As a result, we only work with suppliers that adopt the highest standards when it comes to these aspects of their business. The majority of our business relates to Apple IT equipment, which is well known to have longer usable lifespans and high environmental credentials. Apple also put strict guidelines in place to ensure that their products are sold through resellers with the highest standards of social responsibility and regulatory compliance, which Jigsaw24 meets.
In the event that we’re made aware of poor environmental or employment standards by any of our suppliers, we will consider removing that supplier form our approved supplier list.
Jigsaw24 is certified to meet ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 standard, and we have guidelines in place to only use similarly certified suppliers wherever possible. Suppliers that are not ISO 9001 certified are screened to ensure that they are using best practice processes internally and throughout their own supply chain in turn.
