Meet the Expert - Chris Seeley, Professional Services Consultant

Chris’s career in IT began as a returns technician, problem solving faulty machines and fixing them before sending them back out. His career over the last 18 years has seen this desire to resolve issues, along with excellent people skills, combine to the point where he is now one of our expert Professional Services Consultants at Jigsaw24.

Accreditation & Certifications

Having joined us in 2014 as a Systems Support Engineer, his keen technical understanding has led to him progressing to his current role. Highly accredited, he has achieved no less than 18 separate certifications on his journey in IT.

Chris is a Jamf Certified Expert - Jamf 400, an Apple Professional Services Academy Leader, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, a Cisco Certified Networking Associate (CCNA v3.0) and an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. These are just a few of his many accreditations. About the Team

Chris and the Professional Services team get involved in upgraded projects once other tasks have been assigned allowing them to focus on swift deployment and resolution. This way the number of days required for consulting and implementing a new project are minimised.

Having worked his way up from a technician, there is very little that Chris hasn’t experienced.

Despite every day being different, Chris’s expertise enables him to build templates for project rollout meaning that once pre-sales have handed over a project, he can quickly identify an appropriate pattern for the best deployment.

Chris and his team have worked with a number of well-known clients, including Deloitte, Unilever and KPMG, offering expert advice and guidance for Device Refresh, Deployment and Managed Services. Approached for our sheer expertise, Professional Services provide unique insight into large project implementation, taking the strain away from in-house IT teams. The Professional Approach

Typically, a project will undergo the following process:

• Initial call with Pre-sales or your Jigsaw24 account manager
• Professional Services Review
• Meet and greet or Discovery (on site assessment)
• Registered interview with decision makers and stakeholders
• Initial proposal
• Project design, including scope of works
• Second review – allows adjustments to timeframe and cost
• Submission to all stakeholders
• Final sign off

About Chris

Since lockdown, Chris has been primarily operating from his home in Sheffield and appreciates the opportunity for a better work/life balance enabling him to be there for the important family moments. He joined Jigsaw24 as he felt they were best vector through which to work with Apple, his own personal preference, both professionally and personally. His favourite tech is his Apple Watch. Now on his fifth version, he cannot live without it for the simple way in which it helps him to monitor his health when exercising and the convenient access to info that it provides.
