Having technical trouble? We can help! Our highly qualified team offer warranty support for the vast majority of products we provide. We'll work through the problem with you over the phone, by email, or in person at our Tech Bar, and help you fix it remotely wherever possible. If we can't, we'll arrange free collection and repair under the terms of your warranty.

That means that our technical team and Apple certified
Mac technicians can support, diagnose and repair all Apple
products at Jigsaw HQ, even if they're out of warranty. If you
are under warranty or AppleCare, we'll even arrange
for a free collection and delivery service.
