RenderPal V2 is an intuitive, easy-to-use, dedicated render manager. Taking effective command over the entire distributed rendering pipeline, it is suited to large networked render farms.
The site licence (server) supports an unlimited number of node-based licences (clients). While most companies will purchase one node per rendering machine, it is possible to run more than one client on a computer.
RenderPal is fully dynamic: changes can be made to configurations on the fly without interrupting the pipeline which is especially useful for performing maintenance tasks or adding new clients.
Monitor and optimise your render farm management processes with the bundle of features available. Working on multiple platforms is made easy with path maps, while the automatic update deployment removes the need for manual updating of an entire render farm.
Easy render parameters overriding, various splitting options (frame splitting, image slicing and additional, render-specific splitting) and automatic checking for missing frames are just a few of them.
A large number of renderers and compositing applications out-of-the-box are supported, including Maya, Mental Ray, XSI, 3D Studio MAX, Nuke, Maxwell, Shake, After Effects, Fusion and many more.
