With the ability to geo-reference your plans with accurate information Landmark will flag when the site model is out of date and it also offers more control over the hardscape design, allowing you can create with detail.

The hardscape has been improved in the 2012 edition of Landmark meaning you now have better control over hardscape creation functionality that allows you to convert between boundary and path configurations and to also specify different pattern sizes for Grid and Running pavers.

Site documenting has never been easier as you can add survey data to your drawing and then use it for the basis of your site model. You can even import CAD data and use that as base plans. Then using tools such as Place Plant to create planting beds and the Freehand tool to draw organic shapes for things such as water features you can design your scheme with ease.

With the inclusion of the Renderworks module you can take full advantage of the Cinema 4D render engine and produce renders at a click of a button. There is also the ability to switch between hard lined drawings and the softer hand sketched illustrations, allowing you to portray the design in numerous ways more easily.

Landmark can handle a variety of file formats meaning you can import images, scans, digital photos to enhance your work as well as import concept models from SketchUp , meaning that initial work isn't lost.
