The Roland UA55 Quad Capture is an ultra-compact 4-input/4-output USB 2.0 Audio Interface. The UA55 from Roland is perfect for small studio recording, recording on the move or live gigs.
The Roland UA55 Quad Capture includes two premium microphone preamps, ultra-low latency operation at rates up to 24-bit/192 kHz, digital I/O, and MIDI in a portable package that runs on USB bus power (no external PSU is required).
The UA55 boasts two digitally controlled VS Preamps provide performance that rivals devices twice the price. The VS Preamps are built with premium components for clean, transparent audio with a superior signal-to-noise ratio. Each channel features selectable low-cut filter, phase invert, and digital compression, all of which are accessible through an easy-to-use software control panel.
The UA55's front-panel combo jacks accommodate XLR and 1/4" jack connectors, with a selectable Hi-Z instrument input on channel one. There's also additional connectivity via two 1/4" TRS output jacks, coaxial digital audio I/O, MIDI I/O, and a headphone jack.
The Roland UA55 Quad-Capture also ships with SONAR X1 LE, Cakewalk's award-winning DAW software. The software is PC only, but is packed full of features and lets you start recording, editing and arranging your projects straight out the box.
