The Dfx Version 2 Digital Filter Suite Software Plugin for Apple Final Cut Pro from Tiffen is a software plugin that can emulate many different filter effects. It can be used to modify the look and feel of your video in post-production, as if you had a filter on while shooting. The software includes almost 100 filters. It works seamlessly with the Apple Final Cut Pro software, allowing you to easily integrate it into your post-production workflow.
The software includes a large library of filters and effects. It can emulate Tiffen glass filters, specialized lenses, optical lab processes, film grain, colour correction, natural light, and photographic effects. All this is done in a controlled digital environment, with both 8-bit and 16-bit per channel processing capabilities.
In addition to standard filters, Dfx includes a library of Rosco and GamColor gel effects. The GamColor Gobo pattern library allows you to add interesting lighting effects to your video.
