V-Ray for SketchUp provides users with the one of the most powerful rendering tools available on the Market today. The software is easy to learn, and works within the SketchUp environment for easy incorporation into the workflow.
V-Ray for SketchUp now has more shader types than ever, and 10 more procedural textures, including dirt for renderings that look more realistic than ever. For added realism there is also support for IES profiles and global illumination for photorealistic lighting.
V-Ray's physical camera can simulate depth of field effects. With V-Ray, SketchUp's native materials are not only supported but fully integrated into V-Ray materials; SketchUp's transparency and alpha transparency is also supported.
V-Ray for SketchUp operates distributed rendering which allows a single image to be processed over up to ten machines with a fully multithreaded ray tracing engin; scenes can be processed faster than ever.
