The EIZO ColorEdge CG275W is a 27" colour-critical monitor that's specifically designed for professionals in prepress, digital photography, graphic design, video editing, broadcasting and post production. The EIZO CG275 features a built-in colour calibration sensor making it just the second display in the graphics industry following on from the success of the EIZO CG245W in 2010. Given all the great features and advanced technology it will come as no surprise that the CG275W won the MacUser Display Of The Year Award for 2011!

This monitor can be scheduled to self-calibrate when it's most convenient and even when your computer is switched off, meaning more time working and less time waiting. With an IPS panel with a native resolution of 2560 x 1440 in a 16:9 ratio there is ample space for viewing multiple images and tools such as colour pallets resulting in a more streamlined workflow. The input options on the CG275W include DVI-D, DisplayPort and Mini DisplayPort which all offer up to 10-bit display allowing the monitor to show 1.07 billion colours simultaneously from a 16-bit look-up table.

A number of features are built into the display including the gamma curve being calibrated on the factory line, wide colour gamut reproduces 97% of the Adobe RGB colour space, 3D LUT improves the panel's additive colour mixture (combination of red, green, and blue) for more accurate colour and gray-scale tones.

The Digital Uniformity Equalizer (DUE) compensates for fluctuations in brightness and chroma uniformity that are characteristic of LCD panels and the EIZO-patented technology stabilizes the brightness after start up or coming out of sleep mode.

This high-performance display includes a shading hood that can be used in both portrait and landscape modes, a display stand with height adjustment, tilt and swivel settings and even USB 2.0 ports for even greater ease of use.
