The Maxell DLT-4 Tape is a high capacity media designed for network server and high-end computer data storage and back-up, as well as DVD authoring. It's capacity is 80GB for compressed data (40GB for native data).
It transfers data at a rate of 5-10MB/sec, and has a 30-year media life.
