If you are a company who like to ensure your design artists have the latest technology available to them the MSA is the cheapest and most efficient way to do this. The 12 month contract with Maxon will entitle you to receive any updates and new releases that are launched within that time period, and with the process being automatic you don't even have to do anything except wait for the new install disc and serial to arrive.
A MSA (Maxon Service Agreement) will allow you to install your Cinema 4D Visualise on an additional machine, which is ideal if you have a laptop you take to meetings, or if you work from home as well as the office. It is worth noting that you can't run the two installed licences at once though.
