Draytek's VigorCare advanced warranty offers added peace of mind for owners of Draytek equipment, offering them an extended three year warranty, was well as pre - configuration and advanced replacement service. If you suspect your Draytek product has developed a fault, Draytek's engineers will help you to diagnose the problem and determine whether the unit needs to be serviced or replaced. If it does, a replacement unit will be sent out the same day for delivery on the next working/business day (to most of the UK). You can also take your unit directly to Draytek if you would prefer. If a replacement unit does need to be sent out, Draytek can pre-configure it exactly as your old unit so it should be a simple plug/unplug operation to install it when it arrives. This service requires the customer to save regular configuration backups of their Draytek equipment.
