What happens if Jigsaw24 are unable to collect a Direct Debit from a student or parent?

If we are unable to collect a Direct Debit, the insurance company will write to the individual and explain why we were unable to collect the payment. To ensure that you receive the money, we will attempt to collect two payments the following month.
