Which basically boils down to our support team being really nice, incredibly fast and almost always right. We’ve known that for years, but it’s good to know that it’s now a matter of official record.
The team currently offer an in and out of warranty service for Apple devices, and provide phone, email and remote support for everyone who buys from us. They also offer more complex support contracts, in which the standard excellent service is supplemented with a dedicated point of contact, guaranteed break-fix and response times, emergency hardware loans and more.
