Roambi is an analytics app that’ll integrate with your existing CRM tools to generate attractive, user-friendly reports that make understanding your data easy – even if you’re offline.
What is it?
Roambi Analytics (meLLmo Inc, free) is an analytics app that lets you upload data from spreadsheets, databases and BI or CRM apps, then convert it into easy to understand charts using ten different views. You can then share these within your organisation to ensure everyone has (and understands) the current numbers.
How does it work?
Creating a report in Roambi is incredibly simple. You import an Excel, .csv or HTML file containing your data and publish it to any contacts you’ve added to your account using your preferred Roambi view (there are ten to choose from). Or, you can choose to create interactive charts to illustrate key stats, using Roambi’s simple chart building tool. This tool – and Roambi Analytics as a whole – has a very clean, iOS-inspired interface that should be easy for anyone to master.
Who is it for?
Anyone who wants a clean, clear way to share reports with mobile workers. If you have to send out regular progress reports or find yourself needing to generate reports at the last minute or on the go, it’s a real lifesaver.
What’s our favourite feature?
In terms of the app itself, its major asset is the utter simplicity with which it lets you communicate with internal and external clients. But a big bonus is meLLmo Inc’s willingness to partner with organisations to create co-branded versions of Roambi that are suited to an individual business’s needs. You can see some examples here.
