If you’ve already tried switching it off and on again, give our technical support team a call. With an average pick-up time of 12 seconds, our highly qualified team will diagnose the fault and help you fix it wherever possible. If there’s a serious fault, our guys will organise for it to be brought to Jigsaw HQ, where one of our accredited engineers will take a look at it.
