If you’ve already tried switching it off and on again, give our technical support team a call. Our highly qualified team will diagnose the problem and help you fix it wherever possible. If there’s a serious fault, our guys will organise for the equipment to be brought to Jigsaw HQ, where one of our accredited engineers will take a look at it.
