Returns Policy
Although we take every care when delivering your new kit, there may be a need for you to return an item.
Should you find yourself in this position - or if for any reason you’re less than absolutely delighted with your purchase - then please consider the following guidelines for returns.
Non-Faulty Goods
The return of non-faulty goods for refund or credit is discretionary within one month of the invoice date. The item(s) must be as new and in the original packaging. The refund/credit is dependant on the condition of the item(s), and a discretionary re-stocking fee of 10% - 50% is applicable.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
The DOA period for the majority of goods is 14 days. If confirmed within the DOA period, the customer is entitled to a replacement or refund.
Return to Base Warranty
Items reported as faulty after the DOA period (14 days) will be collected and returned to base where they are diagnosed and repaired by Jigsaw or returned to the supplier/manufacturer for repair.
