Consultancy

We offer consultancy to all our customers. Whether you’re kitting out a new office or revamping your company’s nationwide IT infrastructure, we’ll give you help and advice until you’ve found the right solution.

To assist with your decision, we have experts in a variety of fields, including: Design, Print & Publishing; Pro Video; Pro Audio; AV Networks & Digital Signage; Animation & 3D Visualisation; Technical Design (AEC); and Photography. Many of our specialists work freelance in the creative industries so, with experience in music, film, architecture and much more, they’re well-placed to give you the best insight and guidance.

As a result of our position in the industry, we have developed great relationships with leading manufacturers and can speak to them personally if further information is needed.

Pre-flight

Once you know what you want, we’ll make sure your systems are up and running before they reach you.

Our in-house technicians will configure your system - from a single Mac Mini to an entire video editing suite - and install any necessary drivers. This leaves you with a lot less to worry about when it comes to setting things up, giving you more time to put your technology to use.

This pre-installation service can also include computer imaging and image deployment, which is particularly useful in large installations. Our team can duplicate images from one workstation to another, saving you time and a lot of repetitive work.

We can test any complex systems prior to deployment, to make sure that everything is working together. Although not a guarantee, testing can highlight any potential issues before they cause a problem.


Installation

When it’s time for the installation, you can be confident that it will be carried out professionally and with minimum disruption to your organisation.

Our engineers are all Microsoft- and Apple-certified, and pre-flight your systems before installation to reduce your installation and, consequently, save you money.

In case the installation is particularly large, we offer flexible deployment schedules and will endeavour to make arrangements to suit you.


Maintenance

Our maintenance contracts range from monthly to yearly agreements, with the option of single-incident callout where needed. With this, we can keep your equipment working and provide the best support whenever you need it.

The maintenance we offer even extends as far as integrated systems (i.e., where Apple Mac servers and workstations are integrated with Windows Active Directory networks).


Integration

IT Asset Management

Walk-around audits are often arduous and time-consuming and, if assets are shared with external consultants or spread across multiple sites, manual asset management can become a full-time endeavour.

Tech Support

After the installation is complete, we want to make sure your new technology is running smoothly. That’s why our technical support team are available from 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday, on a non-premium rate number. With an average pick-up time of 12 seconds, they will endeavour to diagnose the fault and fix it over the phone as quickly as possible. In fact, if a phone ever rings for more than 2 minutes, we’ll hold an inquiry to make sure it never happens again.

Should your issue not be resolved over the phone/Skype/email, we can offer remote desktop assistance. If necessary, we’ll collect the faulty goods for repair at Jigsaw HQ, where our certified engineers will endeavour to fix the problem and return your equipment within five working days.

Of course, if it’s a real emergency and you’re worried about downtime, we can usually lend you equipment in the interim to minimise the disruption.
