Our experienced engineers and project management team will make installation as painless as possible to minimise disruption to your school.
We provide many different kinds of installation, including imaging and deployment, server and storage, and integration and directory services. We’ve got years of experience and expertise, fantastic relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, and our prices are extremely competitive.

Active Directory Integration
Active Directory is Microsoft’s centralised software for managing multi-user systems. Integration is administering different types of computers in one place.
Staff and students benefit because they only have to remember a single login name and password, regardless of the sort of computer they want to use, what they want to do or the classroom they’re in. Networks of any size can be integrated. Teachers and students benefit from the administration of computing sources by experienced ICT staff, whilst remaining free to use the best computers for the subjects being taught. No compromise is needed.
AV Services
Whether you want an interactive whiteboard for your classroom, a control system for a lecture theatre or an impressive digital signage system with centralised storage, we can help, so get in touch with our consultants for advice or to schedule a free visit to your site. We’ll talk through your options and put together a 3D visualisation to show you what your finished setup will look like.
We work around you; our CRB checked team will answer any questions as they work, and we can come in during school holidays to get the work done quickly. We won’t just install your system; we’ll make sure you’ve got everything you need to get the most out of it. We can provide a number of maintenance contracts, and you can ask us about training if you would like to learn more about your equipment.
Maintenance
Jigsaw offers a range of maintenance contracts. Working with our experienced team, we’ll offer continued support and make sure you stay up to date with everything.
We’ll undertake yearly onsite reviews to make sure everything is running efficiently, as well as helping you maintain your equipment and its links to your ICT network. If anything needs further attention from technicians at our head office, we’ll provide you with extra equipment in the interim to minimise any disruption.
The cost of maintenance will always depend on your own individual setup.
Creative and Media Services
Our creative and media team is made up of audio and video experts. They work with schools, colleges and universities across the country, giving advice, installing equipment and providing support and maintenance. No project is too big or too small, so give us a call and talk to one of our consultants about what you want to be able to do with your equipment. No matter how complex your project, we’ll ensure it runs as smoothly as possible.
We make sure disruption is kept to a minimum. Your needs define our schedule and we try to install at the best time for you. Once we’ve gone, we offer a range of Jigsaw Care support contracts – flexible enough to fit your needs with onsite and remote support for up to 5 years.
Training
We offer comprehensive training to meet your requirements. Our experts will make sure that you know how to get the very best out of your technology. We can work with groups on a one-to-one basis to pass on our knowledge to you. We can either provide training ourselves or recommend one of our training partners according to your needs.
