- Generally, we only employ people with an excellent academic record (i.e. mostly “A” grades at GCSE and A Level, and a degree classification of 2:1 or above), and will conduct intelligence tests at the interview stage; depending on the role, these can be stringent.
- As a large part of our work involves dealing with schools, a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check will be carried out, if you are successful.
- The work we do rarely involves using the equipment we sell for creative purposes. Many of our staff are passionate about technology and draw on their freelance experience to further their knowledge of our products, but the work is largely study on workflow integration, and involves documentation and administration.
- Around 20 CVs reach us each week, but our staff retention is extremely high, so we only occasionally recruit.
- We already have arrangements in place for targeted recruitment. Therefore, enquiries from recruitment agencies will be ignored.
