Insanely Great Customer service
Our customer support team are lovely. If you have queries about an installation, maintenance or delivery, or need to return or exchange an item, they're the ones who'll make sure you get the answers you need. You can get hold of them Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm. Nothing is too much trouble...
FREE Technical Support
After an installation, we like to make sure that everything runs smoothly - that's why we have a dedicated technical support team available on a non-premium rate number. Fully trained in diagnosis and front-line support, they can respond to queries over the phone or via email, Twitter and YouTube, and will always try and fix the issue there and then. In some cases, we can offer to log on to your systems remotely to make diagnosis more straightforward. The team even put together blogs and video tutorials offering advice for anyone with general issues.
If a fix isn't possible, we're able to send someone out to pick up the faulty equipment so that we can get hands-on and deal with the problem in person. As one of only three Apple Premium Service Providers, we always aim to collect, fix and return the equipment in under five working days and, in some cases, we can lend you equipment to help prevent downtime.

Tailored support package
Our support team are all qualified to industry recognised standards, and will collaborate with you to assess your needs and design tailored support and maintenance. From single-incident callout to monthly and annual contracts, you'll be able to scale up and down as required. We'll even advise you on whether or not maintenance is needed, so you can make sure you get the best value for money. Features of your support package can include:

Specialist systems support
We can also design maintenance contracts for your specialist systems. This can include systems where Apple Mac servers and client workstations have been integrated with Windows Active Directory networks, specialist media application suites (such as those running Avid software or Final Cut Pro), and server and storage systems (eg. fibre channel SANs, high-end NAS and RAID). You'll always be working with named experts with dedicated phone and email contact, who understand your system and business needs.
Media & entertainment support
Our tailored maintenance can include media and entertainment support with quick response tech support, remote system fixes, hardware loans and training.
