What did they need?
Silverdale wanted to roll out a 1:1 iPad scheme. As well as training and
devices, they needed to update their WiFi in order to get the most out of
their investment.

How did we help?
As well as providing iPad, resources and technical support through our e7 Project, we designed and deployed an Aruba WiFi solution that would give Silverdale the coverage and capacity they needed.

What were the benefits?
Students now work on a device that can be customised to suit their individual learning needs, and apps have been instrumental in improving students’ fine motor skills, working memory and social cognition. Parents and teachers can use the device as a behaviour management technique as well. The students also have access to a richer range of resources at home, and have all made progress in literacy and phonics.

"We’ll be recommending Jigsaw24. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed, or like I was buying something I didn’t know. And when people ask me questions, I feel like I can answer them because everything was gone through so well with me."

Beth Darby, Head of primary, Silverdale School.
