We offer a huge catalogue of continuing professional development (CPD) training designed for teachers – everything from planning and vision for iPad to subject-specific sessions covering iPad in the curriculum. Our courses are delivered by fully accredited Apple Education Trainers, and designed to fit in with your strategic development plans at a time that suits you. As teachers with many years of classroom experience themselves, they’re ideally placed to help your team get the most from your tech (it helps that they’re thoroughly lovely people too!). As well as teaching staff, you can also get your tech team up to speed with iOS and macOS device deployments, with our Core Essentials and Introducing New Iterations technical training.

Whatever your school’s requirements, we can tailor our tech support to you, including Apple and creative tech, IT infrastructure and WiFi. We also offer a device management solution for Jamf Pro and Lightspeed, where we will manage and support devices on behalf of your school. For primary schools, we have our 999 Apple Support Club, which for just £999 per year gives you access to a dedicated support contact, onsite surgeries, an annual infrastructure review and much more. If you’re getting more in-depth, we can provide service level agreements (SLAs), guaranteed response and break-fix times, and even full outsourced IT teams onsite.

Providing quick fixes for your Apple kit

Repairs and warranties

Accidents are bound to happen, but luckily we provide repairs and warranties to minimise the stress. As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, we specialise in fast, reliable managed Apple repairs from Apple Certified Mac Technicians, including in and out of warranty repairs and pay as you go plans where we can collect, repair and send your equipment back fixed within agreed service-level agreements (SLAs) – whether you’ve bought from us or elsewhere, or need repairs for multiple machines. We offer our own two and three year warranties on all Mac and iPad for education, as well as offering Apple’s own AppleCare cover.

Loaning you temporary kit

Rentals

If you need temporary hardware for a short period of time or contracted member of staff, we can provide Mac desktops, notebooks, creative hardware and small, medium and large storage devices depending on the project you are working on. You get the benefits of providing your staff with the hardware they need for a particular job, without committing to an investment. Found a load of old machines gathering dust in a cupboard? We can even buy back your old Mac computers when it’s time for you to refresh!
