Our three year warranties for Mac make sure your hardware, OS, and first party app software are covered. Warranties are available with or without loans to replace any Mac in your organisation that fails during normal operation.* As well as support for your Mac for the duration of the agreement, our premium warranty provides peace of mind at a competitive price.

  • Hardware support including helpdesk diagnosis and a fix of the faulty Mac. Software support for the life of the warranty, not just for the first 90 days, including support on device-specific wireless issues and first party apps.
  • Support available 8:30am until 5:30pm Monday-Friday.
  • Dedicated email and telephone number to report a fault.
  • Cheaper than AppleCare.
  • We’re an Apple Authorised Service Provider and are proud of our outstanding customer service and Apple repair skillset.
  • Next business day loans for customers within mainland UK.**
