Location: Soho, London
We’re currently on the lookout for capable, dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic apprentices in our IT, Marketing, Warehouse, Business Admin and AAT teams! Our 12 month, level 2 programme combines practical training within our experienced team with study, so as well as gaining job-specific skills, you’ll be earning and working towards a proper qualification too!
Do you have bags of initiative and a keen eye for strategy? We’re after energetic, enthusiastic graduates to formulate go to market strategies for our services. You’ll be working closely with our team and some of the world’s leading technology partners to attract new customers into the fold and identify gaps in existing accounts.
Client System Support Engineer (Field)
Location: Soho, London
We are looking to recruit a Client System Support Engineer who will be working within the contracts team based from our London office. Their primary role will be to support some of Jigsaws largest customers. The role will involve primarily working on OS X platforms but with some Windows Server work.

To see it is to believe it. There's a Tardis in the office, Astroturf and a picnic table in the staffroom, and a shrine to Sid James in a cupboard. That said, there's also a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse, room for our 140 employees (including all our solutions experts, an in-house tech support team, marketing department and directors), a series of themed meeting rooms, and a product demo room complete with its own green screen wall. Barely a day goes by without something changing...

For us the interview is as much about finding out what kind of person you are as it is about the skills you have. We’re always looking out for people that have the right attitude to help us get to where we want to be as a company. A typical interview will include:
• A tour of the building – keep an eye out for the pigeons.
• Questions from Julia about your goals, how you deal with challenges, etc. so we can get to what kind of person you are.
• A session with representatives from the management team, where they’ll ask you about your skills in relation to the job you’re applying for.
There is a psychometric test that’s designed to look at how you solve problems, but don’t worry; you'll be given plenty of time to complete it and we've all been there (they still employed me!). It’s a Jigsaw24 tradition, and has been part of our interview process since the dawn of time.
If there’s one thing we’re not, it’s a company of suits. Everyone in the office wears what they feel comfortable in, as long as it’s work appropriate – no shorts or mini skirts, for example.
No, but it is a big bonus, and easily the way to our hearts. If you’re runner up on Great British Bake Off 2011, for example, you’ll have no problem fitting in.
