Unlimited remote tech support for Macs and iOS devices
Simple phone or email contact to raise a support call, available Mon to Fri,
between 8:30am and 6:00pm
Triaged calls based on impact and urgency, with four levels of priority
Free warranty repairs, including collection
Best advice on options, and free quotes on out-of-warranty repairs
Technical advice whenever you need it, not just when things go wrong
Onsite support when it’s deemed necessary

We charge ‘per user’ rather than ‘per device’. Why? Because we’re interested in supporting your people, not just the hardware. So if every one of your group uses a Mac, iPad and iPhone, you’ll still only pay £50 for each person. Or, if you currently only use Macs, but decide to roll out iPhones to all users six months down the line, your support costs will stay the same. Essentially, we’ll be there to provide tech support and advice when you need it, not just when things go wrong.
