Apple Repairs

Mac playing up or not quite up to spec? We have a dedicated tech support team who provide help and assistance to anyone in need of a Mac repair or Mac upgrade. Whether you're having trouble or have just run out of RAM, we've got Apple certified engineers on hand at our HQ and our MediaCityUK office. Get in touch to see what we can do!

Or what to do when turning it off and on again doesn’t work.
If you’ve tried turning it off and on again and spent hours trawling through troubleshooting tips on Google, it’s time to put down the hammer and pick up the phone. As well as offering a hands-on Apple repair service, we give free technical support over the phone, via email and on Twitter.
If you need a Mac repair, get in touch with the team and we’ll always try and fix the problem there and then. Obviously, that’s not always possible and, if there’s a more serious fault, we’ll organise for you to either drop off the equipment at Jigsaw24 or for it to be collected by courier so that our accredited engineers can take a look at it.
First thing’s first, Apple hardware help over the phone, email and Twitter is free (almost free - the support phone number is a non-premium rate one). For our in-house repair service, if you have AppleCare protection, the chances are you’re already covered and won’t have to pay anything*. If your Mac is out of warranty, we can still help, and will always give you a qualified estimate of the costs to help you decide the best course of action.
Find out if your Mac has AppleCare, by following the link and entering your serial number here. And if you're struggling to find your serial number, cast your eyes over to the right...
All of these prices are ex VAT and benchmarked against competitors.
*AppleCare doesn't cover accidental damage, so it's best to avoid dropping your Mac or spilling coffee on it.
